Notable achievements include:

Diana has experience in domestic tax and custom laws having undertaken various related assignments including litigating disputes on behalf of taxpayers both at the tribunal, arbitration and High Court, advising taxpayers on their tax obligations, negotiating on behalf of the taxpayers as relates to reasonable payments plans with the tax authorities, drafting and publishing articles together with offering trainings meant to sensitize taxpayers on their tax and legal obligations among other responsibilities.

At Taxwise, she has been able to successfully represent Clients at the Tribunal and High Court level including: -

• Successfully represented and won on behalf of a client in a demand of taxes amounting to Kshs 2.2 billion;
• Successfully represented and won on behalf of a client in a demand of import duties amounting to Kshs 27 million;
• Successfully represented and won on behalf of a client in a demand of taxes amounting to Kshs 89 million in respect to imposition of taxes in the banking industry
• Successfully represented and won on behalf of a shipping company in claim for refund amounting to Kshs 6 million
• Successfully advised various clients as to the most viable tax structures to adopt for their various transactions
